我が家で12月25日は元旦みたいなもの。お休みをとって朝からプレゼントを開け、スカイプで世界に散らばる家族と会話するのが、我が家の伝統。

ローストディナーとしましたが、なんと、チキンが逆さまでした。oops!

1週間前に亡くなった水木しげるさんのお膝元へ。

 出張はスカイプで母業をしています。

また会った！との報告を出張先で受けました。このカフェで遭遇するのは2回目！

Benefit society

互助会メンバーで夕食会。子どもは社会が育てるもの。と言われる通り、ここまで5年間の子育て期間、本当に沢山の方々に助けられてここまでこれました。その分、私もできるだけ助けが必要な人にはサポートしたいとの思いでいつの間にか出来た互助会ネットワーク。ありがたいつながりです。

伝えたことが、3か月後に戻ってきた体験。
海外派遣の帰国報告の中で、一番印象に残った事として、研修中に「リーダー」の在り方に考えるきっかけを得た事だった、と発表されて思い出しました。
自分のリーダーの在り方が定まらなくて悩んでいた人に、「リーダー」と「リーダーシップ」の違いを説明したことがあり、それが彼女だったというわけでした。
自分が育成される側から、育成する側に変わってきていることを、リマインドされるかのような気付きが多い今日この頃です。

Another visitor from downunder

デーモンの古い友達が、ライブの為に来日し、1週間程泊まりにきてくれました。バンドマンでベジタリアン、というギャップが面白い彼はとても穏やかで優しい人でした。
