中野からタクシーで帰宅して、お風呂に入ってた太一にただいまの挨拶をした後、引きとめられ

「ねぇ〜チョット聞いて〜

お腹に赤ちゃんいるから、レストしてねぇ〜。いっぱい動いちゃダメだよ〜」と6歳児にお説教されました。

Siem Reap

2度目の訪問となったカンボジア、シェムリアップ。
今回も、思い出に残る出張となりました。SIGAはアユタヤぶりなので、6年ぶりでしたが、このネットワークの強固さと参加者の社会への意識の高さは変わっていなくて、ワクワクしました。

 出張はスカイプで母業をしています。

Fostering, nurturing

伝えたことが、3か月後に戻ってきた体験。
海外派遣の帰国報告の中で、一番印象に残った事として、研修中に「リーダー」の在り方に考えるきっかけを得た事だった、と発表されて思い出しました。
自分のリーダーの在り方が定まらなくて悩んでいた人に、「リーダー」と「リーダーシップ」の違いを説明したことがあり、それが彼女だったというわけでした。
自分が育成される側から、育成する側に変わってきていることを、リマインドされるかのような気付きが多い今日この頃です。

Fijore in Ehime

ついに、日本でフィジョアにであったー！

　見つけたのは内子町の古い街並みにある八百屋さん。庭で5年苗を育てたら実がついたようです。この香り、この味、間違いなくフィジョアでした！

これが和蠟燭の原料となるハゼの実。伝統を守り抜いている大森和蠟燭の跡継ぎ8代目は7歳だそう。「真打ち」の意味が、寄席は当時、灯が全てロウソクだったため、トリで出演する芸人が最後にロウソクの芯を打った（＝火を消した）事か由来であることも教えてもらいました。
